How life changes!

I was a ballerina, studied to be a nutritionist and then pastry chef. I specialized in catering sweets for wedding ceremonies for 15 years. I launched the “Flowers to Eat” product. Did 1 year of gastronomy school and now I live my passion with healthy food.

This was not a coincidence. I ate so much sugar and refined products that I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia!

The sweet taste is part of my life, of my conquests, and of who I am. I couldn’t eliminate something that made me so happy. I had to substitute it with something else.

My research lead me to the Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Brag, CA, where I started my adventure with living food. I met people and had experiences that made me conclude the I can cause my health or my disease.

I chose to cause my health!
