I became interested in Raw and Healthy Food after an life overdosed by sugar.
I made the Flowers to Eat for a long time as an individual dessert but then decided to focus on one product when I moved to São Paulo.
For over 15 years my specialty was in creating individual dessert to fill up tables at weddings and events.
